Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- In its original packaging
- No signs of wear, damage, or stains
Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or custom-made laptop sleeves
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
Return Process

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In the case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to:
- Return the original item following our return policy
- Place a new order for the item you want
Damaged Products
If you receive damaged products, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Provide detailed information about the damage
- Include clear photos of the damaged item
- Keep the original packaging and damaged item as evidence
Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
